Day 29 – A picture that can always make you smile
I actually just took this picture but I love love LOVE it! They are the sweetest little kiddos and just love each other so much, it just melts my heart. No matter how horrible I feel they can always make me smile!
I have to admit, for me I only think that “hot” drinks should be hot (aka Coffee and Tea) and cold drinks should be cold (smoothies, pop) So I’m not an iced coffee kind of girl. I know that there are many people out there who are crazy about it, however, my hubby being one of them. I actually received this awhile ago and had been meaning to get hubby to try it out so I could do my review of it through him…well somehow it hasn’t gotten opened yet, and now he’s not around, ack! One of the great things about Tassimo though is that since they’re in individually packaged t-discs they stay fresh for a really long time! I just wanted to go ahead and post so that all of you iced coffee lovers would know about Tassimo’s new iced coffee line! Especially if you live in a nice part of the world where it’s actually warm and Spring already!
In Jason Bare’s debut album, Beautiful Design, he manages to bring a great mix of uplifting and upbeat worship songs and softer meaningful music as well. I especially love the Christmas song For The First Time that brings a different perspective on the typical Christmas Carol. My other favorite song is Story of Grace. I love the deepness and richness of the words and the story behind it too. He co-wrote it with his cousin Amanda and then it was lost for several years. He’d been looking for it but never was able to find it, until the day that she died. He sung it at her funeral and used it to put together this album. If you enjoy contemporary Christian music, especially the praise and worship variety, you will definitely want to own this album! You can buy the Beautiful DesignMP3 Download HERE For more information about Jason and the cd you can visit Jason’s website here
Day 28 – A picture of something you’re afraid of
I’m really not afraid of anything. As I mentioned I hate needles, big ugly spiders creep me out, and I get nervous if I have to drive in really crazy traffic or on snowy/icey roads. As to actually being afraid of anything…I’m not. I really do believe the Bible verse above. I believe God is sovereign and that He’s not going to allow anything to happen to me or those that I love unless it is supposed to. If I had to say what I think the most horrible thing that could ever happen is it would be if I was to ever lose either of my kids. Just typing it makes my gut wrench. And I will admit that I go in and check on Tyler to make sure he’s ok just because he is sleeping longer than normal, haha. But I really try my hardest not to fear or be afraid of anything!
Thought this was too great not to pass along!

I’ve always been a seafood kind of gal…it’s just super yummy! And now that we’re living up in New England we’re surrounded by authentic seafood places with the best “clam chowda” I’ve ever tasted! The only problem is that those places are SO pricey! So when I want my seafood fix it’s nice to turn to Gorton’s! A *very* cool thing is that they’re based out of Gloucester, MA–just right down the road from me! Seafood is packed with Omega 3 fats (if you’re preggers or have little kids you should have heard a TON about these and how great they are for you lately) The really nice thing about Gorton’s is that they have a really great selection of frozen seafood and it’s super reasonably priced, easy to make, and yummy! Amber is one of the pickiest little kiddos I’ve ever met but she will eat Gorton’s popcorn shrimp! (as long as I serve it with ketchup and not “spicy” cocktail sauce, haha) I’ve tried several of their different entrees and love them all, and I should also mention that we almost never buy frozen food and I’m really picky about the stuff I do, so this definitely is giving it a big stamp of approval!

Day 26 – A picture of something that means a lot to you
Hubby could never be accused of being the most romantic guy in the world. For Valentine’s Day he walked in the door and said, “So I don’t have to go buy you something dumb for today do I?” Haha! But everyone once in a while he will do something incredibly sweet and wonderful, and that’s one of the many reasons I love him. For Christmas when he asked what I wanted I said I didn’t want anything. It was actually true…I was all stocked up on my stuff that I love to have and had asked family and friends for the few things I did want. Since his Christmas present was a very fancy, expensive TV I said that could be my gift too. Well he went out and bought this for me 🙂 he said he spent hours at the mall trying to find just the right one so he’d be sure I’d love it, and that he wanted me to have something special from him to wear while he was deployed. Can I get an “Aaawwwww!!!” 🙂
