Great Grains No Bake Breakfast Cookies Recipe
These no bake cookies are delicious enough for the biggest sweet tooth, but nutritious enough for breakfast!
  • 2 cups Post Cereal
  • 1 Cup Crunchy All Natural Peanut Butter
  • ¼ Cup Chia Seeds
  • ¼ Cup Ground Flax Seed
  • ¼ Cup Raw Honey
  • (Optional) ¼ Cup Dark Chocolate Melted for drizzling
  1. Combine in a medium to large mixing bowl.
  2. You can use 2 cups of Post Cereals Great Grains Cranberry Almond Crunch, or you can use 1 Cup of the Great Grains Cereal any variety) and 1 cup of Grape Nuts.
  3. Combine ingredients well
  4. Chill for one hour in the fridge.
  5. Form into Cookie Shape
  6. If desired drizzle with melted dark chocolate
  7. Keep chilled until ready to serve! They'll hold up out of the fridge, but they're just so tasty chilled!
