Things this week went fairly well, once again I did a awful job of keeping track of my food in a food journal, I don’t know what it is about all the different ways I’ve tried to keep track that I just can’t seem to stick with it–I’m starting to think that maybe in the mornings I will plan out my food for the day and then check off each item as I eat it to play on my love-of-all-things-check-list mentality–maybe a little unorthodox but I think it just might work! I’ll let you know how it goes!
Still feeling out my new routine I only ran twice last week but will try again this week to run 3 times-my biggest thing is that I need to start getting up at 7:30 each morning and well…..
So something to work on! Just this morning I saw the challenge that I posted first, and I’m seriously considering doing it! I already drink basically only water, coffee, and milk-but about once a week I will have Pepsi when we go out to eat. I’m think for the challenge I’d limit myself to 2 cups of coffee a day and then only drink water for the rest, it might be tough but I think it would be an awesome experience–anyone else in??!!!
